Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation
You can cancel your TradesCall AI subscription at any time, for any reason. There are no exit fees, no notice periods beyond the current billing cycle, and no contracts to break.
How to cancel
- Email hello@tradescall.uk with "Cancel" in the subject line
- Use the subscription management link in your welcome or billing email
What happens when you cancel
- Your service continues until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- Your lead data remains available for 30 days after cancellation, then is deleted
- Call forwarding should be removed from your end to avoid callers reaching an inactive line
2. 14-day cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund.
This applies whether or not you have used the Service during that period.
3. Money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with TradesCall AI within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, we will refund your payment in full. No questions, no hoops.
4. Pro-rata refunds
If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period:
- No refund is issued for the current billing period
- Your service continues until the end of that period
- If there has been a material service failure (extended outage, billing error), contact us and we will assess a pro-rata refund on a case-by-case basis
5. Free trial
If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, you will not be charged at all. The trial is genuinely free.
6. How refunds are processed
- Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method
- Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- We will confirm the refund by email
