Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the TradesCall AI service ("the Service"), operated by Halo AI Services Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a trading name of Halo AI Services Ltd.

By subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

TradesCall AI provides AI-powered telephone answering, lead capture, appointment booking, and SMS confirmation for UK trade businesses. The AI assistant ("Sarah") answers inbound calls forwarded to your TradesCall number, captures caller details, and delivers lead notifications.

The Service is designed to assist — not replace — your professional judgement. We do not guarantee that every call will result in a booked job, nor that every piece of information captured will be perfectly accurate.

3. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable
Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
No long-term contracts — cancel anytime

4. Free trial

New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. After the trial, your chosen plan will be charged monthly.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. 14-day money-back guarantee

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your first payment. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

7. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate business information for call handling setup
Ensure your call forwarding is correctly configured
Respond to leads in a timely manner — we capture them, you close them
Not use the Service for unlawful purposes
Maintain a valid payment method on file

8. Liability limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for lost revenue, lost jobs, or missed opportunities arising from AI errors, downtime, or technical failures
Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 3 months preceding the claim
We do not guarantee 100% uptime, though we aim for high availability
AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate — the tradesperson remains responsible for verifying details before acting on them

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

9. Data protection

We process data in accordance with UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Intellectual property

All TradesCall AI branding, software, and documentation remain our property. Your lead data belongs to you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
